SR Pod/Vod Series: Poet Fernando Perez

Each Tuesday we feature audio or video of an SR Contributor reading their work. Today we’re proud to feature a podcast by Fernando Perez.

IMG_20140318_090218_926-1Fernando Pérez has lived most of his life in the Southwest between Los Angeles, where he was born, and Phoenix where he received and MFA in Creative Writing from Arizona State University. His poems have been published in several journals and his manuscript of poetry was recently selected as a finalist for both the Andrés Móntoya Poetry Prize and the Crab Orchard Series in Poetry First Book Award. He is currently living and working in the Pacific Northwest as a full-time writing instructor at Bellevue College and a resident of Seattle, WA.
